Caroline E. Allen joined Sanders Collins in October 2020. While in law school, Caroline interned with the Office of the United States Attorney in the Western District of Missouri from January 2019 to May 2019. Caroline was also employed as a student law clerk at the firm of Van Zanten & Onik, LLC in Kansas City, Missouri from May 2018 to May 2020. Since becoming licensed, Caroline has worked on numerous litigation cases in state and federal courts and arbitrations in Texas. Caroline has, among other things, drafted pleadings, motions, and briefs including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss in federal and state court, argued motions in federal and state court, attended injunction hearings and taken witness testimony in court.
